FAQ

Purchase, activation, device changes, refunds — and what “release memory” actually does.

Will releasing memory close my apps?

No. It moves pages an app is not currently using out of physical memory; the app keeps running and pages back in automatically when needed. It is not a process kill — use Quit or End process separately when you really want to close an app.

How do I buy and activate?

Install and open the app, click “Buy online” in the activation window, then pay by PayPal or card on the web page. After payment, click “Already bought · fetch code”, enter your order number, and the activation code is filled in automatically.

Do I need to buy again on a new PC?

No. Send the new machine code and we re-issue the code for free (up to 5 devices).

Refunds?

Full refund within 7 days if the license has not been activated.

SmartScreen says unknown publisher?

The installer is unsigned; click More info then Run anyway. Functionality and safety are unaffected.

Chrome blocked the download — what do I do?

Chrome blocks unsigned installers. Either click the arrow next to the blocked download and choose Keep → Keep anyway, or use the ZIP download in the download section, unzip it and run Setup.exe — the result is identical.

Do updates cost extra?

No. Updates are free forever; the app notifies you and you update from this site.
